Yes, it rains in Baghdad. HARD. And it is raining now - Big fat rain drops - not little bitty stinging rain.

Three problems come with the rain -

One - we end up with more missions

Two - it turns all the fine dust into slickery-stickery mud - *yuk*

Three - Hajji doesn't want to play cuz he will get his man dress wet (h/t MAJ R)
