A long week and a great week end...

This week was an exercise in Senior NCO diplomacy, typical army bureaucracy and extreme restraint as I battled incompetence in some of my “peers”, raged against the bureaucratic machine that is echelons above company level and kept from putting a 1SG fatwa out on some Soldiers (junior NCOs at that) that have forgotten what it is to be a Soldier. That all having been said…the vast majority of the troops are stellar and I am very pleased with the unit so far.

But the weekend brought legendary good times and a pretty decent hangover -

A quick shout out to those that have made this weekend stellar - Deb and Justin, thanks for dinner, it was good to see you both! The regulars at the “James Joyce Pub”, thanks for the Irish Car Bombs, the rum and coke and the hang over! The ladies at the pub, the club and the bar - J thanks for the dancing and laughs! To my wingman – you know who you are – Raise what’s left of the flag for me!

If you readers ever get to ATL and are in need of a great Pub – check out the James Joyce in Avondale Estates, in the Decatur area– damn fine joint…

1 MKV to iPad is the best solution to sharing MKV files on iPad. As we know, the newly developed iPad can only surport MP4 format, so if you want to play MKV video on iPad, you have to convert MKV to iPad with an additional software. My personal recommendation is to use this MKV to iPad Converter. The biggest difference between this all-in-one MKV to iPad and other similar ones is that it can not onvert HD and general video format to iPad, but can also convert DVD and Blu Ray directly to iPad without assistant of other additional softwares, that's to say, it can also be used as a DVD Ripper and BD Ripper.
